We are proud to offer ‘free delivery’ on all orders over £45*. Where orders are below the minimum order value of £45 we do request payment to cover delivery costs. Where delivery is being arranged on your behalf with us we will be accepting this payment on behalf of Just Right Beauty Limited.
When any ‘Next Day’ or ‘Express’ delivery is offered, the order must be received before 12pm in order for it to be processed. Any orders received after this time will be subject to fulfilment the following business day.
All ‘Next Day’ or ‘Express’ delivery options offered by us apply to business days only. No delivery can be fulfilled on weekends, public holidays or when our offices are closed unless expressly offered by us.
Next Day delivery : Order by 12pm (Monday - Friday) and we'll deliver the next day. If you order on a Friday, we'll deliver your order the following Monday. These timings do not apply to Bank and Public Holidays. Standard 3-5-day delivery: We'll deliver within 3-5 working days, except Bank and Public Holidays. Saturday Delivery: Saturday delivery can be organised by our nominated day delivery service.
We will contact you if we discover any issues with the delivery of your order. If you need to check the status of your delivery, we advise that you contact us via telephone or track your order in our website using your reference number.
Kindly give us a call and we can track your order for you and, upon request, provide you with your reference number which will enable you to track your order directly in our approved courier website or directly from our site.
We recommend that you should personally sign the order when it is delivered. However, if required, anyone in the household over the age of 18 may sign for deliveries from Just Right Beauty.
Please note that by placing an order you are authorizing us to accept signature from another person on your behalf if you need to sign for a product but aren't in at the time of delivery. You also authorize that we may use third party delivery companies which may, at their discretion, leave a product in a safe place if no one is present at the time of delivery. In these circumstances the third party delivery company will put a card through your letterbox explaining where it has left the product.
